Parent Coaching
Parent Coaching is a compassionate space where I work to help exhausted parents find solace and guidance. If you’ve felt like you’ve “tried it all” and are seeking peace amidst the chaos of your children’s behavioral challenges, you’re not alone.
I’m here to be your dedicated ally in navigating the complexities of parenting. Drawing from my ten years of experience as a clinician and clinical supervisor in a Bay Area children’s agency, as well as my own journey of parenthood, I specialize in supporting families facing issues such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, oppositional disorders, sensory processing disorder, and trauma.
I understand the toll these challenges can take on your family dynamics and relationships. In our sessions, I provide a nurturing environment for you to work through worries and discover effective tools for managing these struggles. My approach is rooted in the belief in the resilience of children, and together, we can empower your family to intervene effectively.
As a “how-to” therapist, I focus on practical strategies. From teaching emotional regulation and distress tolerance to enhancing pro-social communication skills, I’m here to guide you in making small but impactful shifts that contribute to a more harmonious family life.
Let’s embark on this journey together—towards a home filled with understanding, resilience, and joy.
